Tony is one of the most experienced and innovative wheat traders in Australia today, with hands-on experience from the farm gate to managing multimillion dollar corporate portfolios, including working overseas as a Commodity Trading Manager (Derivatives) with AWB Limited.

Tony is an Authorised Representative (No. 238072) of Plum Grove Pty Ltd (AFSL No. 231163).

Nathan Omodei, Commercial Manager
B.Com, F Fin
As a director of Plum Grove, Nathan is responsible for the strategic direction and financial operation of the business. Nathan comes from a farming background in the South West of WA. Prior to joining Plum Grove, Nathan practiced as as a Certified Financial Planner for several leading financial services firms in WA.

Ashley Bacon, General Manager
B.Sc (Agric) Hons, MBA
Ashley was appointed to the position of General Manager in 2008. He comes to Plum Grove with a solid understanding of the grains industry, together with excellent experience and qualifications in management and strategy development. Ashley completed his MBA in 2007 and joined the Plum Grove board as Non-Executive Director in 2007.

Rob Kelly, Commodity Trader
B.Sc (Agric) Hons
Rob joined Plum Grove in 2005 as a Commodity Analyst. Rob has a keen interest in international grain markets and trading and his role at Plum Grove involves market analysis, derivative position reporting and grower support.

Gavin Bignell, Commodity Trader
B.Sc (Agric) Hons
Gavin was appointed to the position of Commodity Trader at Plum Grove in 2007. He joins us from AgraCorp. With over 5 years experience in the grain industry and a farming background in mixed farming and cropping in WA, Gavin is well-versed in agriculture, grain trading and price risk management.
