Arts, GAICD Andrew has over 20 years experience in senior management roles in the Australian grains industry, covering international grain trading, corporate strategy and mergers and acquisitions. Andrew previously held roles including General Manager Strategy and Business Development at the CBH Group, General Manager of AgraCorp and Managing Director Agribusiness for Melbourne-based financial group Austock.

Tony Smith, Director B.Sc (Agric) 2A Hons, GAICD Tony is the founder of Plum Grove Pty Ltd and currently holds the position of Director. Tony has been based in agriculture his entire life, growing up on a farm in Goomalling. Before establishing Plum Grove, Tony held senior trading roles at the AWB. His last role was as the AWB’s Derivatives manager based in the United States. |

General Manager, Rikki Foss
Communications and Marketing Manager B. Agribusiness (Marketing)
Rikki comes from a mixed grain and livestock farming family in Bruce Rock. She has extensive experience in the agricultural industry and working with people.
She has previously worked in the grain industry with Grain Pool and the CBH Group as a Regional Manager. Before taking on a role at Plum Grove, Rikki worked at ANZ in the Regional Commercial Division.

Eric Tomlinson, Company Accountant B.Sc (Hons), ACA, M.Org.Lead.
A graduate chartered accountant with experience in WA agribusiness services since 1998. Eric formerly worked in public practice in both Australia and England and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales. He also holds a Masters in Organisational Leadership from Monash University. Eric is responsible for the day to day financial operations of the business

Linda has over 30 years experience working in the Information Technology sector. During this time, Linda has gained extensive experience in project leadership, systems analysis, design, development, and implementation of business application systems.
